RAFFM is a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2019/481024/07, with its business address at Unit 2, Devonbosch Estate, Bottelary Road, Koelenhof, Stellenbosch, 7600, South Africa. RAFFM is the appointed manager of:  

•    Restore Africa Fund 12J Proprietary Limited (“RAFF 12J”) with registration number 2017/535039/07;  and 
•    Restore Africa Fund Proprietary Limited (“RAFF”) with registration number 2020/020040/07.

 
Restore Africa Fund (12J) Proprietary Limited is an authorised Financial Service Provider with FSP number 51260 and a South African Revenue Services approved venture capital company under section 12J of the Income Tax Act. RAFFM, RAFF 12J and RAFF are collectively referred to as “RAFFs”.
